An SOS Xtreme Comfort Service Plan is designed to do two things: keep your heating or cooling system running efficiently and help you avoid problems; and save you money if you need a repair by giving you (depending on the plan you choose) either a discount or full parts and labor coverage.

If you have been with us for a year or more, you know that we frequently talk about the importance of an annual heating or cooling tune-up.  Every SOS Xtreme Comfort Service Plan includes a tune-up, which encourages efficiency and has the potential to lower your energy costs by as much as 10%.

All service plans customers also receive priority service. Plans are available for your oil heating system, your gas or propane heating system, and your air conditioning system or heat pump.

Unlike the service contract that you may have been offered when you bought your TV,  you will actually use your SOS Xtreme Comfort Service Plan, and it feels good knowing that if anything goes wrong with your system, we will get to you ASAP to diagnose and fix the problem.

As many of you know, we sustained heavy damage in the flooding caused by Hurricane Irene. In addition to losing several of our trucks, our fuel storage facilities and our offices were also damaged. They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I think this applies to our experience with Irene. Even though our company had suffered losses, we knew that our customers were dealing with many of the same challenges as we were, and they really needed us.
