With 12 technicians, a service manager and an installation manager, all supported by a courteous and caring customer-service team, we are prepared to handle all our customers’ needs promptly.

We also have a licensed master electrician to handle all electrical work in Orange, Sullivan and Ulster counties in New York and in Matamoras, Pennsylvania.

Besides being on call for you around the clock, our technicians are true professionals with solid experience and deep technical knowledge. Before joining our team, SOS technicians must pass two skill and ability assessments, as well as background checks.

Once they’re with us, they ride along with senior managers to ensure that they always meet our high standards for excellence in service.
