Making Safe Deliveries During Winter

Winter conditions present challenges for everyone. Our primary concern is always your comfort and safety, and under no circumstances do we ever want to endanger your property or put one of our team members in harm’s way.

One of our biggest challenges is navigating our fuel trucks into steep driveways. That’s why we always ask that you clear your driveway after a snowfall. To ensure the most thorough job, consider hiring a professional plowing and sanding contractor.

We cannot make a delivery if a driveway is not clear. Remember, if our truck cannot safely maneuver in your driveway, it’s likely that an ambulance or a fire truck will not be able to do so either.

If you get automatic deliveries, keep in mind that we factor in things like weather forecasts, expected road conditions and supply levels so we can stay on top of our customers’ needs.

If you do not get automatic deliveries, you need to give us more time when conditions are harsh. So when your oil reaches a quarter of a tank, it’s a good time to call us.
